To our customers:
We go to great lengths to ensure that our products are completely and honestly described, and that they are sent to you in a professional manner. If you are not 100% satisfied & feel that the product is not as described, or that there is a problem with it that we have not been able to fix for you, then you are invited to send it back, and receive a prompt refund of the purchase price, less our shipping costs, under the following conditions:
- You must write us and as for an authorization number for your return, within 30 days of receipt of the shipment.
- You must have the original documents sent with the shipment.
- We will provide you with the shipping address, but the package must be sent back insured for the full value at your expense.
- Damage is different: A packaged received damaged must be recorded as such at the time of receipt of the shipment, and the FEDEX confirmation must be marked "Received Damaged" by you, or it must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. Orders damaged in transit will be replaced in part or entirely at our discretion, but we will bear the responsibility for shipping costs.
